What should I do if I was arrested at Riverbend Festival?

by

Riverbend Festival is finally back this year after being delayed from COVID-19 for the past two years.
Riverbend started back in 1982 and will be celebrating 39 years this June. Starting Friday, June 3 rd ,
visitors will have the opportunity to spend three nights listening to musical performances and eating
great food. And of course, drinking.

With over 50,000 expected in attendance, it’s not a surprise that a police presence will be there to help
manage crowds. In prior years, arrests have included underage drinking, disorderly conduct, public
intoxication, and furnishing alcohol to minors. If you do not have a designated driver or safe mode of
transportation, please be sure to drink responsibly to prevent a possible DUI.
