Logan Davis

Background

Attorney Logan Davis is a Chattanooga native and third generation trial attorney. Logan practices in state and federal court in matters that range from criminal misdemeanors to serious felony investigations. Her practice also includes appellate practice representing clients on appeal. In addition to criminal law, Logan represents Davis & Hoss clients in civil matters in a variety of court settings.

Education and Experience

Logan is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law and also received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. Her practical experience includes summer employment while in law school with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York and a year long internship at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Orleans.

Logan is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), and Tennessee Association of Criminal Lawyers (TACDL).
